It’s been some time since I’ve blogged (somebody told me that releasing a book was going to keep me busy!)

Dark Deception (book one), was officially released on 29June2023 on ebook, and shortly after, paperback and hardcover also rolled out. It has been successful even with what I would call a small crowd of followers, but the momentum has slowed, which was expected, however, I would like to keep it going! So if could share this book and for the buyers out there – leave a review on Amazon (easiest to find the book by typing “LR Engle” where Chronicles of Messalovaria: Dark Deception” populates). These reviews are a vital piece of spreading the word about the book to keep that momentum going. Thanks in advance!

Also, some exciting news about book two . . . With all of the additional work and time that I took into getting Dark Deception out, there was a lot of extra time to get writing on book two: Rise of the Dark Plague; it is approximately 70% complete and should hit the shelves by the end of the 2023!

Small spoiler alert: Rise of the Dark Plague continues the journey of Ezriel and company and will include a lot more action, adventure, mythology, and more, as the royal elf begins a conquest outside of the region where he and his companions are met with turmoil and chaos as they struggle to rid the world of the Dark Army once and for all. Meeting some allies, and making some enemies along the way, Ezriel and company learn of some dark and even devine secrets that changes the path of their conquest. More to come!
